By accessing and using the Little Buddy Care mobile application (“the App”), you, as a parent or legal guardian, agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App or access your child’s information.
2. Purpose and Scope of the App
The App is a product of Juvo System Corp and is designed to facilitate communication, enrollment, billing, activity tracking, and educational management between schools, parents, and teachers.
The App is intended solely for authorized adults (parents, legal guardians, teachers, and school administrators). It is not directed at children, and children cannot independently create or manage accounts.
3. Account Creation and Access
- All accounts (for parents, teachers, and children profiles) are created and managed exclusively by the school administrator (Principal).
- Parents and guardians are provided with credentials to access their child’s profile and related information.
- Children are not permitted to create, register, or manage accounts on their own.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your login credentials remain confidential and are not shared with unauthorized individuals.
4. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility
By using the App, you acknowledge and confirm that:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the child linked to the account.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account credentials.
- You must immediately notify the school administrator or Juvo System Corp if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
- You provide consent to the collection and use of your child’s information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Proper Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for legitimate purposes related to your child’s education, activities, and school services. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unauthorized purpose.
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.
- Share content that is defamatory, harmful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or provide false information.
Violation of these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the App.
6. Data Protection and Compliance
- The App complies with applicable U.S. regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant privacy laws.
- All personal and child-related information is collected, stored, and processed securely as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Parents/legal guardians must provide explicit consent before accessing or using the App for their child’s data.
7. Intellectual Property
- The App, its design, content, logos, trademarks, and underlying software are the property of Juvo System Corp and are protected under intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Juvo System Corp.
8. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
- Your account credentials are compromised.
- Required by law, regulatory obligation, or at the request of the school administrator. In such cases, you may lose access to your account and any associated information.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Juvo System Corp and the school are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from the use of the App.
- We are not responsible for technical failures, service interruptions, network errors, or issues caused by third-party providers (such as payment processors).
- Our liability is limited strictly to the extent required by applicable law.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
